Choose the retirement home and lifestyle that best fits your needs and future goals. If the timing isn’t quite right, we invite you to join our complimentary waiting list with no obligation. Should your plans change, simply let us know and we’ll gladly remove your name at any time.
Securing your new home at Concordia is simple and stress-free. A $1,500 refundable reservation deposit is required, along with a one-time $500 non-refundable pet fee for residents with pets. Should your plans change, your deposit is fully refundable when cancellation is submitted in writing within 15 days. Once accepted, you can focus on preparing for your next exciting chapter!
