Steps to Joining Concordia On The Lake:
Step 1: Tour the community
If you're looking for the Colorado lifestyle, you've found it at Concordia. With nine apartment floor plans, three buildings, and one hundred ninety five apartments you have a choice. The biggest question – what view do you want, a mountain view, lake views, or both? Or, you might prefer one of the five cottage floor plans now under construction.
You are welcome to contact us to schedule an appointment or drop by our leasing office to tour our community. For weekend tours, reservations are encouraged.
Step 2: Selecting your new residence
When you are ready to move, a leasing agent will assist you in selecting an apartment or a cottage. Concordia will reserve an apartment up to 20 days with the payment of a $500.00 Reservation Deposit. If you are selecting a cottage, a $1,000 deposit is required.
Step 3: Make application for residency
Concordia requires an application for residency. The application includes a release for a background inquiry check — required of all staff and residents.
Step 4: You're accepted for residency
at Concordia
The General Manager will review the application forms, and you will receive a letter documenting the results of the review and verifying your move in date. Once you are approved, you sign a lease, and your residence is ready, you may begin moving personal items into your new home. Rental charges begin when you start living in your new residence, or on your designated move-in date.
Step 5: Arrange to move to Concordia
The General Manager will contact you to arrange an orientation of your new apartment, distribute keys, and explain move-in procedures. You will be invited to the Newcomer's Club to familiarize yourself with Concordia Living, your new surroundings, and meet your new neighbors.
